Shipping policy

Emanuel processes orders for shipping Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) we charge a flat rate of RM8.

After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also view your shipment’s status at any time by logging in your tracking code on Pos Malaysia’s official website.
